2. Description of the Service
Folioblaze provides a zero-code online portfolio builder that enables creators, developers, designers, and other professionals to create server-rendered public portfolio websites, publish Markdown blog posts, deploy an interactive AI assistant trained on profile data, and track visitor inquiries and metrics via an integrated dashboard.
3. You Own 100% of Your Content and Work
Your intellectual property remains entirely yours.
You retain full copyright, trademark, and ownership rights to all text, case studies, images, project code, logos, and articles you upload or publish via Folioblaze. You grant Folioblaze only the limited, worldwide license necessary to host, cache, convert to WebP, and serve your public portfolio across our global CDN.
4. User Accounts and Handle Reservations
When creating an account, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and all activities occurring under your account. Folioblaze reserves the right to reclaim or reassign public @usernames that infringe upon registered trademarks, impersonate third parties, or remain abandoned for over 12 consecutive months on free tiers.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Folioblaze to:
- Publish defamatory, fraudulent, harassing, sexually explicit, or unlawful material.
- Distribute malware, trojans, phishing pages, or scrape private user communications.
- Send unsolicited bulk spam messages or abuse the recruiter contact form endpoints.
- Interfere with, overload, or disrupt our edge hosting networks, databases, or API infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the proprietary source code of Folioblaze platform.
6. AI Assistant Usage and Disclaimers
The Folioblaze AI profile assistant is an automated tool designed to answer visitor queries using your published portfolio data. While we implement strict grounding guardrails, AI responses are generated algorithmically. You acknowledge that you can review and refine your profile data at any time to improve AI response accuracy.
7. Service Availability & Hosting SLA
We strive to provide 99.9% uptime on our edge delivery networks. However, services are provided "as is" and "as available." We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, update features, or suspend accounts violating our Acceptable Use Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Folioblaze and its officers, directors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
